Listing and Selling - Rent Items
Listing Accuracy: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about the items you list for sale
Prohibited Items: You may not list items that are illegal, unsafe, or otherwise prohibited by our policies
Transaction Responsibility: You are responsible for fulfilling the terms of any transaction you enter into, including shipping the item and handling returns
Buying Items
Payment: You agree to pay the purchase price and any applicable taxes and shipping fees for items you buy
Buyer Responsibility: You are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a purchase and for providing accurate shipping information
Fees and Payments
Once your item or service sells, we generally charge 2% of the final value (commission)
Dispute Resolution
Buyer and Seller Disputes: Buyers and sellers should attempt to resolve disputes directly. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may contact our customer support for assistance
Binding Arbitration: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except for claims that qualify for small claims court
Intellectual Property
Ownership: We and our licensors retain all rights, titles, and interests in and to our services and content, including all intellectual property rights
License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes
Limitation of Liability
No Warranty: Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, deals and business and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless deals and business, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of our services or violation of these Terms
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms

استخدم خدماتنا بأي طريقة تنتهك أي قوانين أو لوائح معمول بها
الانخراط في أنشطة احتيالية أو مضللة أو خادعة
التعدي على حقوق الآخرين، بما في ذلك حقوق الملكية الفكرية
نشر أو نقل أي محتوى ضار أو فاحش أو مرفوض
استخدام الوسائل الآلية للوصول إلى خدماتنا دون إذن منا
الإدراج والبيع - العناصر
دقة الإدراج: يجب عليك تقديم معلومات دقيقة وكاملة وصادقة حول العناصر التي تسردها للبيع
العناصر المحظورة: لا يجوز لك إدراج العناصر غير القانونية أو غير الآمنة أو المحظورة بموجب سياسة المملكه العربيه السعوديه
مسؤولية المعاملات: أنت مسؤول عن الوفاء بشروط أي معاملة تدخل فيها، بما في ذلك شحن العنصر والتعامل مع العوائد
شراء العناصر
الدفع: أنت توافق على دفع سعر الشراء وأي ضرائب ورسوم شحن سارية للعناصر التي تشتريها
مسؤولية المشتري: أنت مسؤول عن قراءة قائمة العناصر الكاملة قبل إجراء عملية شراء وتوفير معلومات شحن دقيقة
وكذالك الاخذ بمشوره الاستشاريين والمحامي قبل البدء باي اجراء
الرسوم والمدفوعات
بمجرد بيع العنصر أو الخدمة، فإننا نفرض عموما رسوما بنسبة 2٪ من القيمة النهائية (العمولة)
حل النزاعات
نزاعات المشترين والبائعين: يجب على المشترين والبائعين محاولة حل النزاعات مباشرة. إذا تعذر التوصل إلى حل، يمكنك الاتصال بدعم عملائنا للحصول على المساعدة والتوجيه
وفي حال تعذر حل النزاع بالطرق السلميه فعلى من وقع عليه الضرر التقدم إلى المحكمة المختصة في الشأن والمطالبه حسب لوائح المملكة العربية السعودية
الملكية الفكرية
الملكية: نحتفظ نحن ومرخصونا بجميع الحقوق والألقاب والاهتمامات في خدماتنا ومحتوانا وإليها، بما في ذلك جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية
الترخيص: نمنحك ترخيصا محدودا وغير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل للوصول إلى خدماتنا واستخدامها لأغراض شخصية وغير تجارية
الحد من المسؤولية
لا يوجد ضمان: يتم تقديم خدماتنا "كما هي" و "كما هو متاح" دون ضمانات من أي نوع، سواء كانت صريحة أو ضمنية
الحد من المسؤولية: إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لن تكون الصفقات والأعمال والشركات التابعة لها مسؤولة عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية أو عقابية أو أي خسارة في الأرباح أو الإيرادات
التعويض
أنت توافق على تعويض الصفقات والأعمال غير الضارة والشركات التابعة لها والمسؤولين والمديرين والموظفين والوكلاء من أي مطالبات أو التزامات أو أضرار أو خسائر أو نفقات تنشأ عن استخدامك لخدماتنا أو انتهاك هذه الشروط والدفاع عنها والاحتفاظ بها
التغييرات في الشروط
يجوز لنا تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. ستكون أي تغييرات سارية المفعول فور النشر. إن استمرارك في استخدام خدماتنا بعد نشر التغييرات يشكل قبولك للشروط المعدلة
إنهاء
يجوز لنا تعليق أو إنهاء حسابك أو الوصول إلى خدماتنا في أي وقت ولأي سبب من الأسباب، دون إشعار أو مسؤولية تجاهك.
